Marisa Miller, the American fashion model, is famous for her photo-shoots in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issues. She has also modeled for the lingerie retailer Victoria's Secret. On the re-launch of Victoria Secret's sports line “VSX”, she was in the campaign and she started promoting the company's fragrance “Very Sexy Dare”, besides being one of Victoria's Secret Angels and walking the ramp for them in 2007 and 2008.
She appeared on world famous magazines such as Maxim, Glamour, Vogue, GQ, Marie Claire, Elle, Cosmopolitan and Vanity Fair. She has also worked on various campaigns and advertisements for Tommy Hilfiger, Pepsi, Panasonic, Nordstrom, J.Crew, Bath & Body Works, and True Religion jeans. She had also modeling and promotion contracts with the motorcycle company Harley-Davidson.
Miller is appreciated by most people interested in humanitarian causes as she supports many such causes. She is also an environmentalist known for her involvement with the environmental organization “The Surfrider Foundation”, which aims to preserve the world's oceans and beaches.
Miller ranked third in Askmen.com's "Top 99" for 2009, after ranking ninth in 2008 and twelfth in 2007.
From her childhood she loved surfing and she was a volleyball player in her high school team, and she enjoyed boxing too. In July 2008, Miller took her first step beyond modeling and launched her shoe line with skateboarder and surfer-oriented company Vans.
